We want you to love your ManTleglow jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in its original, unused condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized and personalized items (engraved, custom size, etc.)
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
• Gift cards and digital products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Lifetime Warranty

All ManTleglow jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with stones, clasps, and structural integrity. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.
